I didn't get to do much riding this week. I managed to hit Blue Clay once for about six miles or so. Then the next evening I got off work just in time to make it to the "Ride of Silence" I've wanted to dot his ride for a couple of years now, but have been unable to because of traveling with my job. With my new position, I was finally able to make it.
The route for the ride took us right through UNCW past the mountain bike trails I posted about previously. I could not believe how much they had stripped away in just a few days since my son and I rode there. I didn't have my camera to get any pictures, but I will try to get out there today or tomorrow.
